Check Eligibility
Ensure your wetsuit is in its original condition, unworn in water, and still has all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack the wetsuit in its original box to prevent neoprene creasing during transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
